We and selected third parties use cookies and similar technologies. We need necessary technologies to make the website work. With your consent we also use statistics (Google Analytics through our own server in the EU, Microsoft Clarity with session recording) and marketing (Google Ads). Until you consent, these services set no cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie icon at the bottom left or "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Here you decide which technologies we may use. Your choice is valid for 12 months and for all language versions of this website. Details on every provider are in the cookie policy.
So the website works and your choice stays saved. These technologies cannot be switched off and contain no measurement.
dlg_consent Stores your choice in this banner (statistics yes/no, marketing yes/no, time). dlg_lp_unlock:<Seite> Remembers that you unlocked a protected page with your business email. Set only after you submit the form. wk-lead Remembers in the Repurchase Check that you have already identified yourself (your form details), so you do not have to enter them again. Set only after you submit the form. We measure how the website is used and improve it: Google Analytics 4 (through our tagging server at Stape in the EU) and Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, mouse movements and scrolling of individual sessions (session recording and heatmaps). This includes attributing the source of your first visit to a later enquiry.
For visitors from Switzerland, Google Analytics is on until you switch it off here. Microsoft Clarity starts only with "Accept all".
_ga Tells visitors apart so that returning visits can be counted. _ga_LN1VMYDC4X Stores the session state of our website measurement. FPID Pseudonymous visitor ID set by our tagging server (server-side tagging). Set by the server; the website cannot delete it. FPLC Links page views across domains (linker cookie of the tagging server). FPGSID Session ID of the tagging server. _clck Stores the Clarity user ID and preferences so recordings are attributed to the same visitor. _clsk Connects several page views into one session recording. CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM Microsoft cookies on the clarity.ms domain that Clarity can set when it loads (recognising the same browser across Clarity sites, synchronisation). dlg_ft Stores the source, campaign, landing page and, for ad clicks, the Google click ID of your first visit, so that a later enquiry can be attributed to the right source. dlg_attribution When you submit a form, remembers the campaign details of the visit (utm_*, Google click ID) so that further enquiries are attributed to the same source. We measure our advertising on Google (Google Ads) and may address visitors who showed interest in us again later. Google receives identifiers such as the Google click ID only with your consent.
_gcl_au May be set by the Google tag to measure conversions after a click on a Google ad. _gcl_aw May store the Google click ID (gclid) after a click on a Google ad, to attribute a later enquiry to that ad. IDE, test_cookie Google cookies on the doubleclick.net domain that can be set for ad measurement and ad personalisation. Only with your marketing consent. DiALOGiFY · Campaigns & pricing
You bring people into contact with your product. We connect your campaign with buyer understanding and relevant next prompts, so your next activity can build on the last.
Begin with a concrete project. Agree the next stages together.

Purchase → voluntary feedback → relevant next prompt
With your product and a clear objective.
Bring contacts and answers together.
Add the next steps as needed.
Begin with a campaign
Launch, promotion or repeat purchase: we start with your objective and a defined scope. You decide how much you want to implement together at the start.
A focused campaign to test a use case and assess the next step.
Add a first guided sequence to the campaign that remains relevant after the initial contact.
Connect launch, range or win-back with activation, a follow-up journey and POS verification.
Project prices from the supplied draft offer, excluding VAT. Scope and conditions are confirmed in the offer. Stickers, TWINT and media are separate.
Included for the agreed project phase: Concept, configuration, go-live, platform use, setup, operation and reporting within the defined scope. Pilot campaigns and the Momentum Package have no separate outcome fees. Stated third-party costs remain separate; the specific service scope is agreed before starting.

What remains after the campaign
The campaign creates the start: contacts, purchase events and voluntary answers. Each further activation can build a clearer understanding of customers.
Build a customer baseDistinguish interested people, sampling contacts and verified buyers.
Learn from feedbackUse purchase motives, needs and consumption moments for research and decisions.
Activate againBuild on it in a further promotion or relevant follow-up communication.
Feedback provides direct statements from people. Buyer Signals describe relevant information, such as purchase motives, usage moments or needs. Both help you understand customers and plan next steps.
An analysis or AI attribute derived from an existing answer is not an additional newly acquired customer outcome. The project scope records which collection and analysis it includes. Further analysis can be added through Customer Intelligence.
Iced coffee, 250 ml · Purchase evidence attributed.
“In the morning on the train, usually alone.”
“Otherwise coffee from the bakery or an energy drink.”
The history grows. The profile stays the same. Each contact adds to the understanding of the customer. Follow-up dialogues require the appropriate permission.
Two clearly separate cost models
You start with an agreed project scope. Whether and how you continue afterwards is a separate decision. A pilot does not automatically become a subscription.
Concept, setup, agreed operation, platform use and reporting are part of the project.
No additional base subscription and no separate outcome billing for pilot campaigns or the Momentum Package.
Stickers, TWINT and media remain separate. Other third-party costs and services outside the agreed project are stated beforehand.
Customer Data keeps profiles, direct answers and purchase events available for further work. Add only the capabilities you need.
Pricing assumption per brand, excluding VAT. The base price is not an all-inclusive price for further campaigns, modules or active use.
The base connects profiles, contact history, products, purchase events with verification status, direct answers, permissions and preferences. It includes simple segments, basic reporting, standard import and export.
Discussion values, not a final price list. Per brand, excluding VAT. Profile capacity, available functions, term and conditions are defined in the offer. Multiple brands and larger databases by agreement.
An identified person counts once per brand. Interested-person and sampling profiles used operationally also count. Suppression-only records do not count. Archiving and capacity increases are agreed beforehand.
Starting directly with Customer Data is also possible; required setup and any desired CRM connection are assessed and quoted separately.
The variable model concerns the subscription, not the project prices for pilot campaigns or the Momentum Package. Beyond the data foundation, booked modules, newly acquired qualified outcomes and third-party costs may apply. The base alone does not include a new campaign.
One action is charged once. The same target step is not billed as feedback, Buyer Signal and engagement simultaneously. Pure imports, duplicates and AI-derived information from existing answers are not new outcomes.
Agreed before use. Prices, quality criteria and a predictable budget belong in the specific offer. The actual units and prices are stated in the offer.
Further campaigns within a subscription have their own agreed scope and price. The base price includes no additional campaign.
Add selectively
The data foundation is the base. Add communication, deeper analysis and integrations as needed. Scope, availability and costs are agreed beforehand.
As much support as you need
Platform, implementation and strategic support are quoted clearly and separately. Add the support that helps your team in everyday work.
Setup, content, journey implementation and agreed optimisation work. As a project or a clearly limited monthly package.
Prioritise growth questions, plan experiments and assess results. With a separate strategic mandate.
Standard technical operation and bug fixing belong to the platform. Individual customer work is agreed separately. Services included in the campaign package are stated in the project scope.
Before starting
No. Pilot campaigns and the Momentum Package include the agreed platform use during the project. Any later subscription is agreed separately and does not start automatically.
Pilot campaigns and the Momentum Package remain projects with an agreed scope. There is no separate outcome billing per feedback, opt-in, Buyer Signal or engagement. Stated third-party costs remain separate.
We separate Customer Data as the base, required extensions, agreed usage and additional services. Prices and budget are defined before any paid use. Further campaigns have their own agreed scope.
The agreed platform use ends with the project. Data export, access, retention and deletion are arranged for closure. The decision to continue remains yours.
Your next step
One product. One goal. A clear scope. Together, we find the starting point that fits your project and clarify what makes sense afterwards.
