For the customer
A useful, fitting message instead of generic advertising, plus control over whether it continues.
We and selected third parties use cookies and similar technologies. We need necessary technologies to make the website work. With your consent we also use statistics (Google Analytics through our own server in the EU, Microsoft Clarity with session recording) and marketing (Google Ads). Until you consent, these services set no cookies. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the cookie icon at the bottom left or "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Here you decide which technologies we may use. Your choice is valid for 12 months and for all language versions of this website. Details on every provider are in the cookie policy.
So the website works and your choice stays saved. These technologies cannot be switched off and contain no measurement.
dlg_consent Stores your choice in this banner (statistics yes/no, marketing yes/no, time). dlg_lp_unlock:<Seite> Remembers that you unlocked a protected page with your business email. Set only after you submit the form. wk-lead Remembers in the Repurchase Check that you have already identified yourself (your form details), so you do not have to enter them again. Set only after you submit the form. We measure how the website is used and improve it: Google Analytics 4 (through our tagging server at Stape in the EU) and Microsoft Clarity, which records clicks, mouse movements and scrolling of individual sessions (session recording and heatmaps). This includes attributing the source of your first visit to a later enquiry.
For visitors from Switzerland, Google Analytics is on until you switch it off here. Microsoft Clarity starts only with "Accept all".
_ga Tells visitors apart so that returning visits can be counted. _ga_LN1VMYDC4X Stores the session state of our website measurement. FPID Pseudonymous visitor ID set by our tagging server (server-side tagging). Set by the server; the website cannot delete it. FPLC Links page views across domains (linker cookie of the tagging server). FPGSID Session ID of the tagging server. _clck Stores the Clarity user ID and preferences so recordings are attributed to the same visitor. _clsk Connects several page views into one session recording. CLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM Microsoft cookies on the clarity.ms domain that Clarity can set when it loads (recognising the same browser across Clarity sites, synchronisation). dlg_ft Stores the source, campaign, landing page and, for ad clicks, the Google click ID of your first visit, so that a later enquiry can be attributed to the right source. dlg_attribution When you submit a form, remembers the campaign details of the visit (utm_*, Google click ID) so that further enquiries are attributed to the same source. We measure our advertising on Google (Google Ads) and may address visitors who showed interest in us again later. Google receives identifiers such as the Google click ID only with your consent.
_gcl_au May be set by the Google tag to measure conversions after a click on a Google ad. _gcl_aw May store the Google click ID (gclid) after a click on a Google ad, to attribute a later enquiry to that ad. IDE, test_cookie Google cookies on the doubleclick.net domain that can be set for ad measurement and ad personalisation. Only with your marketing consent.
See how a moment of purchase can turn into direct customer contact and a relevant journey towards repeat purchase.
Explore journey examplesStart neutral. Receive inspiration. Only then talk about your brand.
Even without your own online shop: the shelf becomes the opt-in moment.
Understand motives, moments and needs instead of estimating target groups.
Become relevant at the right moment, in the consumption cycle instead of the campaign plan.

After the purchase, brands often lose direct access to the customer. Retailers see the basket but rarely use the moment for helpful follow-up communication.
That is exactly where the potential lies: a relevant first contact that voluntarily leads into a journey.
A useful, fitting message instead of generic advertising, plus control over whether it continues.
A permission-based contact, understood moments and a repeat purchase at the right time.
A campaign repeats itself. A learning cycle keeps going: every message is more relevant than the previous one. Click a step to see what it contributes.
Where, when and in which pack size. Evidenced, not estimated.
A permission with a purpose, not a newsletter entry.
The customer sets the rules, so relevance never stays a guess.
The moment, the context and the substitute that beat your product.
The next round can time itself instead of following a calendar.
And it adds up: aggregated, it produces a category picture no panel delivers.
Pick a category and experience a possible touch journey. Only one journey is open at a time, and all follow the same five-step pattern.
Recurring impulses accompany the customer with inspiration, small tasks and voluntary dialogue until the next relevant moment.
One message starts the dialogue. A nudgeflow develops the relationship.
One small moment of value per message. Less broadcasting, more guidance. Less campaign, more relationship.
And what can grow from it over the next days and weeks?
