Short Version
Trust, Responsible AI & Confidentiality Principles
DiALOGiFY develops AI-supported technologies responsibly, transparently, and with privacy-first principles.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing:
- exploratory discussions, demos, workshops, and idea exchanges do not create confidentiality, exclusivity, IP transfer, or license rights,
- each party retains ownership of its existing intellectual property,
- confidential client data is not used to train public or shared AI models.
We recommend written agreements or NDAs for confidential or strategic collaborations.
Additional information regarding privacy, data processing, and governance is available in our Privacy Policy, Terms, and DPA.

Responsible AI Principles
DiALOGiFY uses AI-supported technologies, including generative AI, to improve automation, conversational experiences, analytics, operational efficiency, and customer interactions.
We believe AI should support human decision-making, not replace accountability, transparency, or professional judgment.
Our AI principles include:
- Human oversight: AI-generated outputs are designed to assist workflows and decision-making processes. Human review remains important, particularly for business-critical, strategic, legal, or operational decisions.
- Privacy-first approach: We aim to minimize the processing of personal and sensitive data wherever possible. AI-supported workflows are designed with privacy, proportionality, and data separation principles in mind.
- Responsible use of AI: We aim to use AI technologies responsibly, professionally, and in line with applicable legal and ethical standards.
- Transparency: Where appropriate, we seek to communicate clearly when AI-supported systems, automations, or generated outputs are involved.
- Continuous improvement: AI technologies evolve rapidly. We continuously review internal processes, governance structures, and technology providers to align with operational, security, privacy, and regulatory expectations.
AI & Data Transparency
- AI usage: DiALOGiFY may use AI-supported technologies to improve automation, conversational workflows, analytics, recommendations, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Data isolation: Where applicable, customer-related and campaign-related data is logically separated to reduce unnecessary exposure and unauthorized access risks.
- No AI training on confidential client data: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, confidential client information and customer data are not used to train public or shared AI models.
- Data minimization: We aim to process only the data reasonably necessary for the relevant business purpose.
- Human oversight: AI-generated outputs may support workflows and recommendations, but final business decisions should involve appropriate human assessment and review.
- Technology providers: We work with selected technology providers and continuously evaluate operational, privacy, and security standards.
- Security & governance: Internal governance processes continue to evolve alongside technological and regulatory developments.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality Principles
DiALOGiFY respects intellectual property rights, confidential information, and fair collaboration practices.
- Ownership: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, each party retains ownership of its existing intellectual property, no ownership rights are transferred through meetings, demos, workshops, pitches, or exploratory discussions, and no implied license, exclusivity, or usage right is granted.
- Confidentiality: Without a separate written NDA or confidentiality agreement, exchanged information shall generally not be considered confidential. We therefore recommend that sensitive information, trade secrets, proprietary materials, or confidential documentation only be shared under an appropriate confidentiality agreement.
- Independent development: DiALOGiFY may independently develop products, workflows, automations, features, and AI-supported solutions, including solutions addressing similar market needs, industries, or business challenges discussed during pre-contractual interactions.
- Feedback & ideas: General feedback, feature suggestions, workflows, use cases, market insights, and improvement ideas may be used to improve existing or future services unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Protected materials: DiALOGiFY does not knowingly use third-party confidential information, proprietary assets, or copyrighted materials without authorization.
How We Work With Client Ideas
Innovation often starts with conversations.
DiALOGiFY regularly engages with brands, agencies, retailers, technology partners, and enterprise teams regarding:
- customer engagement,
- conversational commerce,
- automation,
- AI-supported workflows,
- retail activation,
- and digital innovation.
These discussions help us better understand market needs and operational challenges.
At the same time, exploratory discussions do not automatically create:
- ownership transfers,
- exclusivity rights,
- licensing rights,
- compensation claims,
- or commercial obligations.
Our collaboration principles
- We value collaboration: We appreciate ideas, feedback, and practical business insights from clients and partners.
- We recommend clarity early: Where strategic collaboration, co-creation, confidential information, or proprietary concepts are involved, we recommend defining confidentiality, ownership, and scope clearly through written agreements.
- We distinguish between concepts and implementation: General concepts, workflows, trends, market needs, and business ideas are often discussed across industries and market participants. Ownership and protectability typically depend on the specific implementation, contractual framework, and applicable intellectual property laws.
- We build independently: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, DiALOGiFY independently develops its own technologies, automations, AI-supported systems, and product capabilities.
- We believe transparency prevents misunderstandings: Clear communication regarding ownership, confidentiality, and collaboration scope benefits all parties.
